Stefan Holecka

Stefan Holecka is the principle of Core Projects Construction Management.  With an extensive background in the construction industry he has managed projects from small bathrooms renovations to large grocery store ‘ground up’ construction.

He took on a fun TV role as the contractor on HGTV’s “Take it outside.” This popular renovation TV show saw Stefan rebuilding outdoor spaces in challenging situations for clients all across the lower mainland.

Core Projects was set up in 2004 as a construction management company with an approach to each project that prioritized care and client satisfaction as the number one goal. Stefan firmly believes that project planning is what makes each project a success. When not working on the tools or the books Stefan loves to explore interesting real estate opportunities in the Pacific Northwest.

Stefan has been supporting WREN since day one, when he flew over from Vancouver (with no voice due to a cold) to MC the launch event for his friend and business colleague Liza Rogers.

The main focus of Stefan’s life now is having fun with his beautiful daughter and ensuring she gets to see and experience the world and the wonderful people they meet together on their travels.
