Lynn Trevisan

With an engineering degree and MBA, Lynn spent 15 years as a Management Consultant supporting the pharmaceutical industry – which included lots of late nights and travel.  Knowing the pace was not sustainable, Lynn and her husband started to incorporate real estate in their investment portfolio including private lending, syndicated mortgages, and an income property.  Lynn resigned from the consulting world in 2015 to focus more on family and that is when she started to learn more about passive real estate investing in private real estate funds. Parents to 15 and 18 year old daughter, Lynn and her husband are actively planning the next phase which includes selling their primary residence and splitting time between a cottage property and a travel-trailer – experiencing hiking hot-spots coast-to-coast.  (Always close to wi-fi to continue to support her clients!)

Lynn is a Private Wealth Advisor with Raintree Financial Solutions.  Raintree is an award winning Private Capital Market Dealer that scours the market to offer investment opportunities in private companies including real estate, private equities, and secured lending. Many of the investments offered are eligible for RRSPs, TFSAs and other registered fund types.   Lynn joined Raintree in 2017 and as a Private Wealth Advisor now helps clients select suitable alternative investments and will refer to a registered Portfolio Manager for traditional liquid investment needs.
