Alice Soon

Alice Soon is the co-founder and managing partner of TESORO REAL ESTATE and is thrilled to be part of
the WREN team! She is passionate about empowering and educating women to fulfill their life paths and
achieve their ultimate potential.

Alice has over 15 years of marketing and global account management experience, developing world-
class brands with several Fortune 500 companies. She has also been a speaker at numerous real estate
conferences across North America and contributes to a variety of publications including: Real Estate
Magazine (REM), Inman News and The Costa Rica News (TCRN).

In addition to many real estate investments and projects in Canada, Alice owns property in Costa Rica,
where she plans to develop internationally. Her ultimate vision and goal is to create global eco-
communities that are centered around sustainability and community, where we live in harmony with
Mother Earth and one other.

In her spare time, you will find Alice with a book in one hand, a tea cup in another, wearing crystals,
dabbling with essential oils or humming musical show tunes.
