Remembrance Day

Remembrance Day. 🌺 I’ve been reflecting on my grandfather’s quiet strength and the sacrifices of his generation. This is my tribute to him and all those who endured unimaginable hardship during WWII. Honoring the Sacrifice My grandfather, like many of his generation, fought in WWII. He rarely spoke about his experiences. It’s understandable why. Who would want to relive the horrors of war? He, like many others, wanted to forget. But the importance of remembering is undeniable. By sharing stories, looking at photos, and watching footage, we honor the sacrifices made. We acknowledge the horror, pain, and loss endured. And most importantly, we hope to learn from the past and create a better future. History will repeat the lessons it has forgotten. Let’s never forget.
