Prospecting for properties in the Kootenays

COVID 19 has impacted us in many ways this year but we're still out looking for and creating opportunities.

We may not be able to travel to Mexico or the US to look at property in foreign lands, however, there is opportunity right here, right now in Canada and in many parts of BC. Joan and Liza took a trip to Nelson to drive through growing communities between here to there....Chilliwack, Kelowna, Kamloops and Vernon to name a few. We're looking at the fundamentals, looking for cashflow, mobile home parks, and on this trip....TURKEY!
